I think he’s been poor all season and terrible today but f*ck me, the abuse on here is bonkers.
As opposed to the lifelong blues who racially abused him last time.
Raheem Sterling: Man City fans banned for racist abuse
Man City supporter Ian Baldry made a comment when the forward scored because he was "excited".www.bbc.co.uk
You can't just pretend there's no racism in the fanbase by telling everyone it's all online, or all post-2008 fans.
Is he fuckSell him while he still might be worth something.
Pathetic again today with his 1st half miss and the 2nd half break where he failed to release it.
As a senior player he contributed nothing to try and effect the result.
He has no idea any longer and after a performance like that and Peps pre match comments, he is done.
You simply have to get used to it unfortunately. They will only disappear if City go back to being average again.I'm absolutely not claiming there's not a race problem within our pre-08 fanbase and it's an issue within every fanbase.
I'm not trying to make a distinction from our pre and post 08 fanbase. Plenty of people support us after the takeover and have a genuine connection to our club. But we also have a section of that support who have no connection to the club, who feel entitled to success and have no qualms abusing our players when we lose a game.
Depressing but sadly predictable. Seems to be happening to a different player every week, and really needs to be clamped down on by the social media companies.Sterling is currently copping a load of racist abuse on twitter from so called blues. Disgusting
He was poor today, as were many others.
Nothing wrong with saying he was poor/shit but to get racial abuse over a game is not on.
Same for all footballers, sportsmen, women etc..
fucking scum the lot of em.
Unfortunately those noisy sounds won't be disappearing until he starts to find back his form.Absolute cunts get off his back,Shithouse’s
