I wont go so far as to say he’s shit because I’m in a good mood but to even think of rewarding him with £400k a week is an absolute joke. The guy must think all his Christmas’s have come at once. He’s having our fucking pants down. People need to wise up.
Agree , where else would Raheem get £400k a week ? Every club is cutting costs , no CEO is going to sanction a 4 year deal worth £80m plus add ons , maybe a more realisitic basic plus a better bonus structure for winning trophies should be brought in for all players , paid on performance , ground breaking.

He looks like a little boy on a pitch with men most of the time, and i don't mean his physique.
He half heartedly goes to press, which looks more like a token gesture.(the amount of times Wan-bissaka and McTomminay played one twos around him to come out with the ball yesterday was almost embarrassing, little boy trying to get ball off dad and uncle scenario).
His first touch just isn't what you expect from a professional footballer.
His face seems to light up with fear when he approaching the goal as if hes bricking himself that he's going to fuck up.
I never have or never will class him as "world class" like the media will just because he's English, but i hope he can get his confidence back and become some sort of asset to the team again.
I really feel Arteta is a big loss for him personally, and his form coincides with this.
Remember the documentary All or Nothing, when after sterlings horrific miss at Burnley, Pep asks Arteta "how is he"?
Arteta replies " he's down but it's ok, i'll lift him".
Some players are just naturally gifted, others not so and need mentors working on /with them daily.
Maybe Raz is missing his in Arteta

Nice post. He certainly needs somebody or something to lift his performance because as you rightly say he looks lost and devoid of confidence.

I wish Pep would move him across to the right ( at least try it ) as he is poor on the left , and Wan-Bissaka was always going to stop him yesterday .
