Time to cash in whilst his value is at its peak , despite COVID etc we could get over £100m , despite his goal scoring record he always been a hit or miss player , there are better more consistent players out there for this money
Sterling & City have been good for each other , Pep has made him a very good player and Raheem has helped us to many trophies , no axe to grind with the lad but i think he would thrive in a european league and we need a forward who doesnt shit himself when he gets a one on one with a keeper.

lol who’s gonna buy him ???

Madrid and Barcelona are skint. No one else pays thought type of fees apart from PSG, can’t see him going there

Do our wingers really provide that much width? They used to when it was Sane left and Sterling right. I don’t believe they do nowadays. They may start relatively wide but they certainly don’t finish wide once they have the ball at their feet. Sterling and Mahrez are two of the most predictable players in the league and in a 4-2-3-1 formation look even worse because with two CDMs there is more pressure on the wide men to create. 4-2-3-1 can work but not with those two inverted.
Yes they do play that wide. They always need to receive the ball outside the opponents fullback since our full backs are deeper. And then when they receive it they are left alone and hope to create something on their own out of nothing.

There will be some clubs who want a player plus cash type of deal , i think the main issue is remuneration not many clubs will sanction a £300k a week contract in these troubled times

I think £100m plus is fantasy, even in today's climate

I wont go so far as to say he’s shit because I’m in a good mood but to even think of rewarding him with £400k a week is an absolute joke. The guy must think all his Christmas’s have come at once. He’s having our fucking pants down. People need to wise up.
