Harry Maguire? Can you think of another player in world football who continues to get playing time despite being as horrible as Sterling?

There’s his chance to show he’s worth a place in the first team, he’s the second highest paid player at the club, supposed to be a superstar… but yet again he was absolutely fucking terrible! He’s become an awful footballer.
Not worthy of starting another game until we play Yeovil in the FA Cup Third Round.
It really doesn't.
The fact we were relying on a crossing into the box to a 5'7'' player to score a header in the 94th minute sums up the match though.
Good job I’ve never said any player should never play again then eh?If the players you declared should never play again actually never played again we'd be fielding a 5 a side team.
Palmer is a kid, playing out of position and yet looked more dangerous than Sterling and Mahrez combined.Spot on.
He was the only threat in the side. Mahrez was his total anonymous self. De Bruyne couldn't pass five yards and Palmer struggled.
I'm not going to deny he's in bad form, but it hardly helps when he's shifted positionally so often too. He was moved five times in the second half.

Kaz as gone to bed with her fingers deeply rooted in her ears to blank this postPalmer is a kid, playing out of position and yet looked more dangerous than Sterling and Mahrez combined.
The continued defence of Sterling by some is getting fucking comical now. He deserved some slack last season for what he produced previously, but how long should he get away with it?
I wish Sterling stuck up for himself as much as some do for him on here. The guy has completely given up and is clearly engineering a move, yet some on here will still be defending his performances when he is playing elsewhere. Fucking crazy.
There were MULTIPLE 50/50 balls tonight that he couldn't have cared less about. He knows an injury will ruin ANY potential signing bonus, and he's damn sure playing like it..Palmer is a kid, playing out of position and yet looked more dangerous than Sterling and Mahrez combined.

Shaving gelThe list of excuses grows ever larger. Now it's he's moved around too much, What's it gonna be next time? That he was given the wrong type of shoe laces?
He has 2 goals in his last 30 appearances for City I think. Something like that.
Haha Good one. Hes had any amount of games (not just this season) to show he deserves more game time, In none of them did he do anything to suggest he should get it. Guardiola handing him the champions league start was an atrocious decision. One that backfired spectactularly. He needs a run of games to regain form. That what happens when you pile up a team with stars and you leave out when of our best players in recent years.
