I think it will all end up very meh. The thought of losing Sterling on a free a couple of years ago would have been unthinkable. If his current level continues, most will be happy to see the back of him after what could potentially be 3 years of utter shite.

In the Pearce days we were miserable if we lost 50% of games. A player in a Pep team is managing the same feat. If that doesn't say something to you then you're not for this level.
