70's City scarf

I always laugh at 70's photo's, even the ones of myself or family.

open photo in MS PAINT and reduce/resize pixel size to below 1000 x 1000

Sorry not that tech savvy - it’s on my iPhone not a computer, will try to Google it to see if it helps reduce photo size.
