Definitely.

However I wouldn’t be disappointed if they all left. As we really need to freshen things up in that area.

We definitely do but the likelihood is they won't all go (due to contracts etc) but we should really try and keep Kovacic above the others.
 
Excellent again despite the red. Will be a big, big miss at the weekend. Still completely baffled by those that want rid of somebody who has been in our top 2 best players this season and has held the midfield together on his own.

I look forward to seeing him in his natural 8 role again alongside rodri, I don't see a better pairing or potential pairing than that.
 
A brilliant mix of tenacity, guile and quality. Shame his season is over but sure he’ll play a big part next season.
 
Daft red card but suppose it was just a split 2nd decision from him. Really good performance before that
 
the daft system pep was playing didnt help Akanji over to left side defence and Kovacic dropping in to CB caused issue with sloppy back pass from Gvardiol left them out of position
 
Honestly don’t see the need to sell him. Still a very useful player. He was excellent tonight. I particularly liked the carry he done straight from Ederson’s feet to pretty much the final third.
 
Brilliant player, hope he stays for a few more years to teach the new guys coming through (Nico, MGW and Reijnders) how to boss the midfield.

So you want to be a man down with 30 mins or so to go rather than take a chance with Eddie saving or the attacker shooting wide?

That is Madness!

He's braindead.. and his braindead moments have cost us hugely this season. Now again Pep needs to tinker and put together a makeshift midfield when we had a settled one.

It was 20 minutes, and yes it's different than doing it in the first half, it was probably the wrong decision but not "braindead" as you claim, and it was Gvardiol's shitty pass that was the problem.

That was a bullshit red card.
 
Have anyone else noticed that kovacic plays 4/5 games and he is injured the next 2/3 games. It has happened in chelsea and is frequently happening at City as well.
I think ITS BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE SHOOTS AND SKIPS (fall). I think he has to improvise his shooting skills. That might help him with his injury record.
IF SOMEONE KNOWS HIM THEN GIVE HIM MY ADVISE PLEASE.
