Very unfortunate to be taken off today.

He’s in our best XI at the moment, just a shame Pep didn’t want to play that today.

He was unfortunate to be taken off, but I thought we had more control in the second half despite his substitution.

Really do like Kovacic but why are we including him against inferior teams like the Rags who's only ambition is to keep the score respectable is baffling , Kovacic is ideal for playing the better teams and we need to keep possession and his understanding with Rodri is excellent , but we need somethiing different against park the bus teams

Kovacic I like very much, superb signing but as a squad player, we need a top quality partner for Rodri.

Yes.

He cant really be a #8 for us since he is terrible in the final 3rd.

He should be our Rodri backup, and not play with Rodri. Perrone also looks good as a Rodri backup imo.

Bernardo Silva is the perfect #8 to partner Rodri imo. Rico Lewis is also really good for this role.

He has made a career out of it tbf. If he were more dangerous and consistent with his final ball (passing is often decent actually) he would have been talked about even more, and probably would have never left Madrid
