8 PL Clubs vote against blocking related-party loans | 7 against blocking related transactions

I never understand this sort of comment. The premier league is the fukin clubs, all of them as individuals are stakeholders. Of course they were in favour, but not enough of them. So tuff.

No, The Premier League is owned by the clubs, it's not the clubs.

The Premier League is the organising body of the Premier League with responsibility for the competition, its Rule Book and the centralised broadcast and other commercial rights.
However, we do not operate in isolation. We work proactively and constructively with our Member Clubs and the other football authorities to improve the quality of football, both in England and across the world.​
Very clear they're referring to the board and executives.

Exactly right, and thou can throw Arsenal in as well with some shitty clingers on like Burnley et al. Masters is just a mouth piece for them. A puppet that’s being played and is complicit in the corruption that lies within.
