8 PL Clubs vote against blocking related-party loans | 7 against blocking related transactions

The gpc loaned Preston 4 players. I am sure it had nothing to do with his son being the manager which is why no one said a word.
They said even less when the gpc cancelled the loans because Preston sacked the junior bully.
It seems its ok to loan to your son but not your sister club.

Hypocritical bastards
Im guessing they've forgotten about their partnership with Royal Antwerp. Im sure that was all above board.

Note.
1.Related party is defined in IAS24. The premier league has adopted a much looser definition of ‘Associated’. The rules are so loose, they can mean anything the PL want them to mean.
2. The proposals concerning associated partner commercial deals, incoming transfers, and related party loans have all been proposed by a Yank lawyer retained by Arsenal.

I remember Bayern Munich getting something like 55% of their income from commercial deals back in the day when everyone else was getting around a third. And who were those sponsors? Audi who part own Bayern, Adidas who part own Bayern, and Allianz who part own Bayern. They were being sponsored more than the rags back when they were good. Obviously nothing was said.

When there are attempts to change the rules, especially mid season, in the interests of transparency shouldn’t clubs and fans be informed who indeed is proposing these changes? Name them as Carragher was crying for when the vote went against them.

According to the media, City are now part of the Rebel Alliance which is a non-fiction organisation in the premier league franchise. The Alliance is portrayed as a “state” coalition of rebel dissidents and defectors who oppose the Evil Red Galactic Empire and its authoritarian rule.
