Agree. Thought his presence congested the midfield and made it harder for us to find space but he didnt put a foot wrong. That was down to pep instructions for him to play inverted and nothing with his performance which was very assured again.

Thought it worked well first half, not so good second half, that is what Pep wants him to do, I just think everton got a grip of the tactic second half, and he got a bit lost as a result, but agree he didn't do anything wrong either.

everton was always going to play 10 minute footall more so at 1-0 there still in the game we just gave it them a chance or 2 earilier than expected they took it and dug in

Walker only has speed and experience on Lewis Lewis in that hole one touch passing and movement is far better than walkers!

He set the tempo beginning of the 2nd half. Seems to have a range of passing aswell that walker lacks

England just keep on rolling out top quality full-backs. Won't be long before he's capped at the rate he's going.

A bit scary how he turns from a dynamic wing back to David Silva in the break of a moment. I am really excited to see this guy develop.

It's a shame he moved back from centre mid halfway through the second half but I can see why it was necessary when they brought on a left back who kept bombing forward.
