I don't see why the teenager playing out of position should be held to such high standards.Sorry I still dont rate him. He's good but not at a level we are at. technically very good, but his creativity isnt anything sppecial, he works very hard though and is a solid member of the team. He will do what he's told and do it well. Maybe thats the thing I am missing in him, I miight be expecting too much.
His dad is a former Thai boxing British champion and Rico has practised Thai boxing since he was 4.His awareness of space is brilliant. The only weakness he has is...weakness! And that's because he's 18. He'll get stronger physically and then he'll be unstoppable. I love that little flicked pass into space for his midfield partner to run onto - he's done it a few times and it can carve teams open. He's not afraid to play some high risk football which is a positive too.

Not nearly as hard as it was when Phil was breaking/broke in.I have the same thoughts mate it's not just you, he's young and will improve or he will hit the shop window. Imagine how hard it is to break into this team proper?
