Totally agree, stepped into midfield better than Stonesy too to be fair …. hope he gets plenty more minutes and for Pep to trust him.

Has so much more to offer on the ball, looked frightened to death. Would make a burst forward and end up passing back to Akanji. Really frustrating.

Not going to lie, thought he would get roasted when they inevitably brought on martinelli/Trossard but he did his job. One of the few that can be pleased with their individual contribution.

For such a young player and one that has hardly played, his confidence, attitude and ability is incredible.
