He is a squad player, not as good as Zinchenko and Delph were. He would be fine in a back-up role

Sometimes it just doesn’t happen. Barca had Bojan, Halilovic (wonder where he is now), Tello and Deulefeo and it didn't work with them. It doesn’t have to work here for Rico, he would go on to have a career elsewhere.
