It worked better when Gundo and Grealish doing the double pivot. Josko holding up the width and Doku inside. Rico role should be minimal just hold the width and defend don't mess in the midfield

It's not an experiement. We have no choice until either Ake, Akanji or Stones can return. Forest was the most likely line up to claw back somepoints but injuries have hampered that.Peps loyalty to the Lewis experiment is costing us dearly, he is nowhere near the level of player required.
Walker's been a great player for us but he's finished, he's just dropped off massively this season.The amount of people blaming him for their second goal and not Walker is genuinely laughable. He blocked the first cross, and Walker still wasn't even 20 yards from getting to McKennie.

One of the biggest frustrations for me is how he gets moved around the pitch to start in multiple positions. Hes not good enough to do it. We all know we have injuries but would our other academy guys do any worse? What does Rico starting in all of these positions, say to other academy players. If your JWE or McAtee, what are you thinking watching him starting at LB or in the midfield and you can’t get a game? JWE and/or McAtee might not be good enough but I’m not having they will be a huge drop in level from Rico.Playing through necessity rather than ability. As soon as Pep gets the chance, I’m assuming he’ll be out the team and out the limelight.
He’s been overplayed, if that’s a thing, I get that but he’s just poor. Doesn’t offer anything defensively, offers nothing offensively - picks up good positions but then does nothing but a 5 yard pass when he gets it. And it’s always sideways!
