Not the same. That treble winning side was flying after Christmas. The team basically picked itself. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". It certainly is broke this season. It looks like it's one season too far for several of them. In that case, you surely have to look at what alternatives you have. McAtee, O'Reilly and Wright must be worth having a look at. If it doesn't work, so be it. But you have to find out, don't you?It seems to me that Pep is damned if he does dammed if he doesn't. If for instance he would have played Rico Lewis more in the treble season and brouught a few more of the academy kids in and it went tit's up and we didn't win the treble that season then Pep would have got lambasted by us same last season with Oscar Bobb, he could have played him more but we might not have won the league for the fourth time on the trott. He probably could have brought more young players through although I have been told by a former coach, at the Academy, that he has from day one been under enormous pressure from the board to win as much as possible and he has delivered that in spades. He probably feels that the more younger Academy players he has in the side the less chance he has of achieving what we have achieved.
