There are many experts that will agree with me about the pyroclastic flow. The deep sea thing only happens where continental shelfs meet (where malten material rises up from under the crust). I didnt make this theory (it sounded stupid to me at first as well)....mock the ppl that spend their lives researching it.

I dont know how im sounding ignorant. I have a civil engineering degree (i dont work as a structural engineer). I have been in the design process of a steel bridge (small but whatever). I have also done a thesis on protecting office buildings from explosions.....where i studied steel, concrete and explosives. I have also studied the failure mechanisms of steel and concrete. I also did structural design subjects at uni....which are revolved around designing structures.

Steel is strong in tension and concrete in compression. For the steel columns to fail like they did in the main towers, they needed to fail instantaneously. This occurs with shear failure and explosives. Steel usually fails by bending or yielding......which takes time. For shear failure to occur in the vertical columns, the forces would have had to come from the side....not vertically (which they did due to gravity). Concrete does not disintergrate into microscopic pieces to from large dust cloud simply from weight. Explosives are required.

As i said im not a structural engineer....but i do have knowledge into steel and concrete....and how they fail. I may be wrong. However, no engineer in the world has been able to successfully explain the events that occurred. Im not trying to troll or anything so dont call me ignorant just cos u disagree.

All im saying is that there are lots of inaccuracies with the official report. There are lots of people who agree with me (some smart ppl, some not so smart ppl).

Don't know john, the way the fell looked like a controlled explosion to me.

How long do you think it would take to set up a controlled explosion on on buildings this size?

Also do you think it would be obvious to people that it was rigged up when they went into work - presuming it could be done overnight

"It was absolutely a plane, and I'll tell you why," says Kilsheimer, CEO of KCE Structural Engineers PC, Washington, D.C. "I saw the marks of the plane wing on the face of the building. I picked up parts of the plane with the airline markings on them. I held in my hand the tail section of the plane, and I found the black box." Kilsheimer's eyewitness account is backed up by photos of plane wreckage inside and outside the building. Kilsheimer adds: "I held parts of uniforms from crew members in my hands, including body parts. Okay?"

Area bombing in WWII was not dodgy in the slightest.

I think it was unnecessary. AT MOST, even the bombing of the Ruhr, only put a ceiling on German productivity. The production of most German war materials peaked in Autumn or Winter of 1944. The production of U-boats didn't actually fall at all. Peak production was April 1945! However, let's exclude the Ruhr from the equation and you're left with various cities in Germany that were bombed for no strategic purpose whatsoever. Millions were killed and brought the end of the war no nearer at all. It was a dreadful waste of life, including bomber aircrews - absolutely terrible job that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Let's not forget that the original idea behind bombers was to to demoralise an enemy into surrendering. That obviously didn't happen and never has. Area bombing has been an unmitigated failure as a military strategy. Precision bombing is far more sound both morally and strategically.<br /><br />-- Wed Sep 12, 2012 3:47 pm --<br /><br />
