What is their indication that the collapse began when they say it began? It looks like an arbitrary value was picked as the start time. I really don't see movement in the building for the first 5-10 seconds of their collapse sequence. Can you point it out for me?

Yes at 40.23 when the top of the building starts falling throught the rest of it before anything else goes
