Today was definitely one of those days where there was part of me that just wanted to get into the end to end shoot out that Pep hates. Slowing the ball down and letting them reset seemed to play into their hands.

This. Not once did he have a ball to run on to or receive a pass early facing goal. A lot of the goals he scored for Dortmund were on the break. When we have chances to break we don’t take them we allow the opposition to regroup. It’s frustrating to watch at times.
