Given his age and the life he already has, from the bits I've seen he seems like a confident but well adjusted and grounded kid which is a credit to Alfie as a dad.
I mention this because it bodes well just in case it doesn't go as well as we hope to start off with. Think we can be confident that he won't panic, will get his head down do the work and be uber professional. Comes across as very coachable which is obviously a critical attribute.
