Our players are so light weighted. No one fear for their pressing. There is a clip on X about Rag shit midfielder Ugarte. He looks huge compared to the likes of Foden and Bernado around him. Why would him fear for any of that sort of "pressing"? He can easily shake them off. My mom wont lose the the ball if Gundo goes to press her.Plus our press is half hearted at best. High line needs an effective press so we smother and clean up the loose balls and return the pressure.
With a very poor press it’s just our defenders against their attack/midfiled when they play through.

The best we ever pressed imo is the semi v madrid. We had bernardo, gundogan, grealish, de bruyne, haaland. Same players. Just that now, 2 of them are 33+ and the other ones are knackered.

Agreed. Haaland is no fool and knows Kev is his best route to goals so, it would be interesting to know what discussions he has had with Pep regarding signing players with a first insticct (and ability) to supply him
