Haaland has always suffered with injuries
this is nothing to do with previous injuries...its just bad luck.

The bournmouth player landed his whole body weight onto Haalands ankle as he ran away from him...

Nothing to do with the outside edge of the pitch either as others are suggesting

ON the injury itself....lets just hope it aint something that keeps him out for long as we need him

It does bring into question how the outfield perimeters should be controlled. Some smaller grounds are very precarious, with little space between the grass playing area and hazardous surrounds. The FA should look into this, some ground have several metres beyond the pitch boundaries and soft landings, others have concrete barriers a yard or so away.
he wasnt injured due to the pitch edging, im not sure why that Dixon idiot kept saying that, the Bournemouth lad landed on his ankle, simple as. Hope he's ok.

Have we ever had a season with so many injuries before, just can’t get any luck with them at all..
Not in Pep's tenure. I also feel too many posters completely ignore the scale of our injury list when speaking negatively of the club, strategy, management and squad.

This season, for extended periods, we have been without Rodri, Bobb, Dias, Stones, Ake, Akanji, DeBruyne, Grealish, Walker, Foden and Doku. If none of those players had been injured, even with the loss of form of several following the huge intensity of the past, our season would be very different indeed.

I was absolutely pulling my hair out like Pep when I was watching video a dozen replays of cook landing on Haalands ankle while the commentators discussed over it how it must be the “hard astroturf” around the pitch.
