I don’t know about mbappe who is literally the highest rated player in the world

Watching Haaland's all round play recently including his defensive work has been an absolute joy

At the start of the season, I suggested he could break 60 in all comps. I stand by that not outlandish claim.

I am kinda out of words for Haaland. Yesterday you could sense his frustration at lack of chances but his commitment and concentration gave him a huge release at the end and he finished with an assist and two goals.

Lets be real, Kane was never getting 10 goals in 5 games at Premier league level, like he currently is at Bayern.

His goal per game ratio is significantly higher than it was in England and at international level.

Haaland has pretty consistent ratio across the board, whether it be for Norway in a team that isn't great, in Germany for a team that wasn't the best team or in the premier league, champions league etc...

Kane has to be play a team that's only lost 1 league title in about 13 years to get Haaland levels of goals. Essentially a one horse league. So yeah, playing for Bayern clear helps when his goal to game ratio suddenly jumped up since going there in comparison to spurs and England .

Do you reckon Kane would have 48 in 45 playing for a side like Norway? ...nah

Don't get me wrong, I think Kane is a brilliant player. It's just he's only started doing Haaland levels of goals now he's playing in a league in a team that's not too difficult to playing for Celtic in Scotland.

I do...

I do too. I was very critical of him last season and I hold my hand up for that. The team all round weren't that good until that final getting 3rd place surge.

I also think Doku has benefitted massively from the new coaching regime.

All good. I'm loving Erls defensive nous, and I think he's fully embracing being on the leadership team.

He's a good passer aswell. Been crying out for us to use him in the buildup a bit more, he's not Andy Carroll, he's a good footballer if he's allowed to be.

100 PL goals in 115 games would be the pinnacle of 99.9% of players career. And the fact he would need a huge dip in form for it to be that is insane.

Tremendous player, no ignoring it but I still think Haaland has another level as silly as it sounds…..

That first season could be replicated 2/3 more times whilst he is here, injuries permitting…. Celebrate the guy for what he is, a born goal machine

Our first goal yesterday when he collected the ball in midfield he could have easily played a short pass to O'Reily which was the safer and more expected pass. Instead he played it to Doku more forward with pace then turned and charged towards the goal. The difference in the two options of the pass were in stark contrast with the one he made leading to a goal and the other would have ended going backwards and sideways. We need to be this more direct in our approach it was so refreshing to see.

His second goal was typical of how he holds his nerve until the final moment. Most strikers hit it ever so slightly earlier and the keeper has more time to react. Haaland waits until the keeper is almost upon him and then hits it leaving the ball whistling past the keepers arms before he can even react. Its probably tenths of a second but he knows it and doesn't let it bother him.

Mbappe is playing as a 9 for 3-4 years now . He did with Neymar and Messi and with barcola and Dembele. Kane had 40 scorer seasons ( league only) and literally went 30+10 and has the same output on goals since playing for Munich and had similar numbers when playing for Tottenham. I don’t know why it’s always a discussion whenever you name other players who are at the same level. I am not hating on Haaland. Just saying he isn’t as clear as some make it out to be. Especially with Mbappe and kane out there.
