Population growth oustripped public services many years ago. That is why public services employ private contract staff because they can’t afford to do it themselves. Hence they pay private hospitals to carry out operations. The Tories love it because it keeps their mates employed and keep them employed in the future.
The population growth is fine, if its a natural increase.
