A away season card??

Not everybody is fortunate enough to go to every away match and having the tickets constantly in the possession of the same 2500 people (or their circle of friends) is unfair.

I can't believe you've had to ask me why the concept isn't workable.

I want to be able to see city as often as I can. Not be told, well you can choose; HOME or AWAY. The system that we have atm is the best imo

A mate of mine is a spurs fan and he has had an away seasoncard for a few years. They have silver, gold and platinum if I remember rightly. He pays upfront for home and away tickets and automatically gets an away ticket for each game. If he doesn't fancy a particular away game or can't make it for whatever reason, he just sells it on.

The question of away season tickets was asked at a meeting with the club before the season started. They have looked at it but are not keen on the idea due to rich fans with few loyalty points being more likely to buy them than loyal fans who travel to away games but would not be able to afford such an outlay in one go

In much the same way as some people now buy tickets for away games they know they wont be at, but to keep their loyalty points up, they buy a ticket for a mate that otherwise might not have enough loyalty points.
Either way is open to "corruption" but I still feel that the current way is fairest.

Oh, and I would be totally opposed to an "either home or away" ticket.
