A mate of mine is a spurs fan and he has had an away seasoncard for a few years. They have silver, gold and platinum if I remember rightly. He pays upfront for home and away tickets and automatically gets an away ticket for each game. If he doesn't fancy a particular away game or can't make it for whatever reason, he just sells it on.

So he has become a ticket tout?

He would be the only ticket tout in history that never made a profit. It would also make everybody who sells in the Ticket forum on Bluemoon a tout in that case.

The loyalty point system we have in place has already made some blues ticket touts without them knowing it.

i make 12 - 16 matches a season. Pay for my lad who is at college so do find it a hard to go to all matches. Paying over £500 to go juve (with spending money) so cannot make west ham. My lad, who is 17, has 4600 points, which is not bad for his age. An away season ticket would not be good for me.

It would be great for people who've got enough time and money to be able to follow City non stop but for most people it would be a non starter.
