To be honest, just replacing the word G*** N****** with ****, is probably easier.

When they renamed that research boat a few years ago, I took inspiration, and started to call him Cunty McCuntface

While I agree in principle with the Honourable Gentleman's proposal, there are persons among us for whom no other descriptive word is powerful enough. Terry Christian, for example. To call him a 'dick' or a 'fuckwit' just doesn't cut it. It's like calling Hitler 'a nasty man'.
