on 'your on sky sports' about 10 years ago Steve Claridge was asked if he could have played for any club which one would it have been, he answered Man City, the presenter who was obviously shocked why he hadn't picked the rags or Liverpool asked why? and he replied "because of the fans" he then went on to wax lyrical about our loyalty and the way we get behind the team, he said he always loved playing at Maine Road.
