A constant queue of cars at MacDonalds - Am I missing out on something?

Worst toilet I have ever ever been privvy to was on Calaungute high street and in a trendy sports bar. Other half went to grab a table whilst I went to powder my nose and sweet baby Jesus Mary and Joseph the sight that greeted me made me wretch with horror. The toilet bowl was full of excrement (shit) by at least a foot over it's rim. The flies were having the time of their life and were obviously all inclusive.

How can a visually nice bar allow this to happen but worse still how did their customer base maintain a tip toe high squat over the mound without fouling themselves. This can be the problem with Goa and for all it's incoming tourism money it's infrastructure resembles that of an antiquated slum. Non to little of the rupees ever seem to get fed back into the economy. Anyway I'm rambling so I wont and as for Playa Carmen's Maccie-Dee toilet we never checked it out as we had pissed all our urine out through dehydrated pores. Nice resort though and a lovely beach and much better atmospherics than Cancun.

My youngest is 26 now so we haven’t been for at least 10 years :)

Words are powerful especially when used to portray something beautiful, mysterious, exotic.
Yours did none of these.

A very good mate went to watch City in China on a pre season do dar, whilst sampling the exotic delights of this beautiful country he came across the legendary Baguley and Brooklands supporters club who he knew very well. They reliably informed him that 100 yards up the road was a McDonald's. Ffs, brilliant food all around and they'd had a McDonald's!!

That’s grim, been to that McDonalds and playacar as a 14 year old in 2006. Had an adult wrist band and shared a room with my 17 year old cousin, first time I ever got leathered at the hotel “nightclub” and senor frogs.

Ha. Some killing at Senior frogs last I heard. And the boat from there to Cozumel was blown up.
