A constant queue of cars at MacDonalds - Am I missing out on something?

Who's Bad...

Can anyone tell me what it is that makes folk spend so much time in them queues?

It really is mind boggling how long people are prepared to sit in their cars so they can get their hands on a burger.

Is there something addictive in them?
Kids and the desire not to get into arguments if you say I couldn't wait any longer so I decided on fish and chips.

Mind you over here the queues whenever I go the local the queue is sparse the thing that gets me is you have to check the order and scramble through the paper bags due to the fact that what you get first time around is often not what you ordered and perhaps that partly explains why.

Reminds me of a trip to Playacar and it was 115% outside so instead of going swimming we did what all mad dogs and Englishmen do and went for a three mile trot into Playa Del Carman. Never experienced heat stroke like this before with infusions of headache disoriantion and giddiness.

Anyway in the far off distance I saw that holy grail of illuminated signs the trade mark M which I initially thought may have just been a mirage. We eventually made it through the doors and collapsed on a seat and the manager brought us both iced cold Coca Colas on the house which was held against our heads and slowly sipped.

Wherever you are in the world your never far from a Maccy-Dee's.
Worst toilet I have ever seen was in that McDonalds. I was also offered a small child rental right outside the place.
