Its not clear cut because you had spent the time building up the loyalty points but I have to see this from the perspective of the guy who has paid the money for the season ticket.

In effect (for understandable reasons) you have given up the season card and if this guy hadn't stepped in then you would be in the same position ie not having any loyalty points.

If I had shelled out for a season ticket in similar circumstances (which he could have bought through normal means) then its only fair that you relinquish the right to use the season ticket for the semi imo. The advantage to you is that when you choose to come back and take up the season ticket again you will have benefited from not having to start again with your loyalty points. You can't have it both ways.

I think that is the right and proper thing and I wouldn't necessarily say that your dad would rather go with his mate (difficult to say without knowing him) but he probably feels like I do that it is the right thing to do for his mate to have first call on the application for the Semi seeing as he has paid for the privelege for this season.

Because it involves his father i think it would be better to get Jeremy involved.
He might find out someone else is his father.
Then he would have to talk to that creepy Graham.
Just forget about the Semi. It`s more trouble than it`s worth

as you said it was a great tactical move by your fathers friend... get in early and get the hotel booked

....... as another poster said.. if he's paid for the season ticket for the full season then really the season doesn't end until the 22nd May ... its irrelevant about the points you have accrued as he has also added 190 points (+ cup games) to your ticket that you wouldn't have.

The season ticket and all that comes with it is his until May 22nd unless you had stipulated defined terms and conditions.

You were happy for him to have your card, pay for it and keep your points going yet when it suits you you feel its yours again.

I'd tell you to go fuck yourself to be honest.

He paid to use the card for a season and should have the benefits of whatever that season throws his way.

I think you've put your Dad and his mate in a situation they shouldn't be in with your selfish attitude. You should go and apologise to the pair of them and let them go as originally planned.
