A fully fit Ireland or fully fit Johnson?

Ireland has proved himself over a season and in much harder games. Then again I am comparing a 19 year old Johnno and a 22 year old Ireland.

Both have different attributes, both could play in the same team both could be star performers in a star studded squad, in my opinion why choose one over the other when you can have both?

I totally agree mate - why choose, both could go on to become City legends without a shadow of a doubt.

2 homegrown players of real quality.keep them both happy and the opposition guessing!

It's Johnson isn't it?? Reason for me is Johnson has two things on Ireland, he's naturally stronger and can hit the net from outside the area with accuracy.

This isnt really worth a reply, how can you even compare the two?. Stephen Ireland is well ahead of Johnson in everyway. I know hes had a bad start but how can your memory be so short. Best I can say about Johnson is that he has potential

Your argument actually favours Johnson if you read it carefully.

ireland won player of the year

johnson never even came close

aye, Johnson really should of done better in his 3 league games.
Very true a bit unfair to say that but last few months under Sven both where shocking as was most of the team. Johnno needs a season like Ireland had last season before you could even consider a sensible answer to the question the OP poses.
