Alderley Edge is a half hour drive away. Always loved it there, and sad to see they sealed off the last safely explorable cave due to people leaving stuff in there

Does anyone remember "The Colliers Arms" up there?, where you went in and sat in the elderly landladies small living room..very cosy..this would be around about 1974 ish....

I'm 6 miles to the north - east of runway 23 left. The planes come straight over the house, both in and out.
When I first moved in (28 years ago) you could actually see the end of the runway from my bedroom window.
