He's only 19. Got a thunderbolt shot on him, plays for Inter (20 goals in 60 games) what's not to like.
If Mancini can control him and Bellamy doesn't wedge him he's a star in the making.

If we get him for £15m max then it's worth the risk. More than that and we're being taken for a ride. I worked in Milan for 13 months recently and saw Balotelli in the flesh on a number of occasions. I'm sorry to say he was unimpressive when I saw him. Headless chicken springs to mind. You mention Caicedo, think he might actually be the better finisher.
