I have never said this before on here as I am 39 years of age however I will relent on this occasion.....

I would power wank for a week if we signed Maicon.

the one thing that slightly worries me about maicon is his age, he'll be 29 in acouple of weeks , and considering how he relies on hi pace to bomb up the wing and still be able to get back, i think we'd realisticly only get 2-3 seasons of him at his currant best and 2-3 seasons isn't that long when your paying 30 odd million for him, so if you add to that say... 5 million a year of wages... then is he realy worth 15 million a season?????

Maicon reminds me of cafu, an immense engine will easily play at the top level for another 4/5 years imo.
