a/o Edinburgh / Scottish City fans re Everton game 24th Sept

I'm on the 9.52 from Edinburgh for the Villa game.18.16 back does not run now on a Saturday.There seems to be a bigger support from Edinburgh than Glasgow Central.The Everton game the 7.42 was the biggest support I have seen for a City game.The amount of kids has risen as well this season.

was really surprised at the amount of Blues on the train .. well done lads
pity about the lack of the 18.16 train for coming home // its put me off but no doubt I will just stay over the next time

coming back from villa, i'm on the 18.16 to preston, then the 19.41 to glasgow central, then walk to queen street and get the train back to edinburgh. its a long jounrey but it's a cheap option.

I,m a lifelong City fan from Manchester, I have lived in Blairgowrie for over 30 years.
My lad also a blue lives in Edinburgh. We usually drive down to the games but will look at train in future knowing other blues also go from edinburgh.

Surely there must be enough blues to run a bus from Glasgow? Everytime i'm on the train on matchdays there seems to be plenty of us!

I think its the cost thats the problem
a few folk will have rail cards,bought well in advance etc etc so train can work out cheaper than bus
