A reply to Mancini's MEN advert in La Gazzetta Dello Sport

copyright has been circumvented in the past by reversing the image, undetectable to all but the originator. Probably no need now from what is being reported. Wonder if Mario knows, he could donate an hours pay and Robert's your uncle.

This is one of the neediest, bellish things that I have ever encountered.

Proper post-Diana, look-at-us, fake emotional bollocks.

I thought we were better than The Grievers, but I guess it'll be clapping the 61st minute (when it should - if anything - have been the 16th) from now until kingdom come, and having a minutes silence every 13th May until - and hopefully this'll be soon - you all die.

<coughs into hand> Wankers.

Seems very Rawkish. Mancini inners can't let go and are behaving like they've lost their kitten.

You do all know that you'll be giving ammunition to the media who'll have a go at the club saying the fans are against the board.

Go ahead with it but please say from some City fans as you don't speak for everyone.

STFU YOU CLOWN!!

I believed the decision to replace him was correct.

However, I am grateful for what he has achieved at our club.

He will forever be part of our history!

Some right knobs posting on this thread.

The fans never got a chance to say goodbye, nor did Bobby.

I think what Bobby did was first class, and deserves reciprocation.

Yes, he is gone, and once the new manager is in, he'll get our full backing. But lets say goodbye with a little class to our best ever manager.

As far as the translation goes etc, should it not just have "once a blue always a blue" on the advert and then put the translation in brackets underneath ? We are English not Italian, Just like Bobby signed off his advert with "Ciao" ?
I can see your argument however I think I'm safe to say that the vast amount of people know what 'ciao' means. I don't believe the same can be said for "once a blue always a blue". This is going to be placed in an Italian newspaper, surely we want the Italians to understand as well?

That's why i said have the phrase in English with the translation underneath it in brackets !! It is after all an English phrase ! If we were to follow what bobby has done the advert should thank him in Italian then have "once a blue always a blue" in English or if you want to totaly copy Mancini's add you could just put "Tatar cock" at the end !! :-)

If you don't want to get involved or think it's..........(fill in as appropriate), why bother posting in this thread?

If that's how you feel fair enough, but leave this thread to the fans who want to say thank you to Mancini as they see fit.

I'm happy to contribute via Pay Pal once it's set up. :-)

Hahaha, always easy to be a big man behind the keyboard.

I can say what I want, it's a forum.

Ads in papers, round of applause at certain times of the match, banners... there is being grateful and then there is being needy and unable to let go.

We can no longer laugh at what goes on in RAWK, as some people have turned this site into it.

Fucking hell what a tool. You can have your opinion about this, but to wish everyone to die is just fucking moronic. Mind you, you have plenty of company on this forum as there are a good few on here who revel in the death of others. You're still a tool though for posting that nonsense.
