I requested the same from our OSC on Monday. So hopefully I will hear something back soon. Not holding my breath though.Our supporter club have been requested by members to raise a complaint, so we will be doing this today
He's talking through his arse, which Kevin Parker has just confirmed to me.
I spent 4 years talking to the club about ticketing, among other things and the club's stated position was that they did not want to go down the ballot route for away tickets.
We also had numerous discussions about how to deal with no-shows and one of the things that was implemented to do that was making it as easy as possible to transfer tickets.
Do you know why the club don't do the ticket exchange system for cup games as well? I'm on the cup schemes but sometimes can't attend so my seat is empty.

The issue is that the tickets might have been allocated from the people you mention however the people receiving them should have had the courtesy and know how not to wear Barcelona shirts.I sat next to Sun Jihai's brother in the first season at the Etihad.
As I said, it's not confirmed but I believe it's being checked with the club. But even if it's not the case, then if these tickets came out of the club's own allocation for players, staff, officials etc. then there's no issue.
