A s**t away end full of tourists

Manchester City Football Club

Officially a “Ticket Cartel”

The days of our loyalty are NO LONGER an interest to our football club and the days when Generations of families were the cornerstone of any football club are now being forgotten, apart from documentaries where they want you to believe - Hypocrisy at its best.

They simply don’t give a SH1T…

Apart from being ripped off with Flexi Gold season tickets - and Cup pricing the next chapter will begin from next season :

1. NO transferring of tickets to family & friends

2. A ballot for all away tickets

This is what happens with success the heart and soul of our great club is being ripped apart for the love of greed - REMEMBER every Premier League Club doesn’t need fans in the stadium as they make enough £££££££ without us

Football at MCFC is now too expensive for the working class family, and the priority is day trippers/cherry pickers who sit in their seats and then film the 90 minutes with their smart phones

This is FOOTBALL IN 2024

But the way it’s gone and going then let’s rename it SOCCER
sorry if this sounds silly. what exactly is a ballot? just curious

The problem is that these board pronouncements start to lose impact if overdone.

There was a lot of independant coverage of the Istanbul issues, there wasn't really any need for our board to say anything.
Sorry mate, but that is a crock of shit. A steaming pile of shit with a cherry on top.

The club failed in its duty of care, cow-tailed to UEFA, and sold its supporters down the river. Despite documentary evidence, witness statements, media reports & the excellent report put together by @Alex - City Matters

But no need to say anything? Yeah...right.

No chance of a revolution with folk like you around is there.

Wouldn’t surprise me if true. The club want you to sell back to them, not F&F. A real shame if it happens and will make a lot of people think twice before renewing.

If you are unable to transfer your ticket then I am done with City. They have empty seats as is, removing the flexibility to sell to friends or family would be disastrous. There is demand for tickets, but not enough to take up tickets for everyone selling back to City. They want it this way so they can sell your £30 ticket or whatever to a tourist for £70. Our club and game has gone to the dogs.
He's talking through his arse, which Kevin Parker has just confirmed to me.

I spent 4 years talking to the club about ticketing, among other things and the club's stated position was that they did not want to go down the ballot route for away tickets.

We also had numerous discussions about how to deal with no-shows and one of the things that was implemented to do that was making it as easy as possible to transfer tickets.

I'm in the same facebook group. The poster is well ITK at city and I'd be surprised if he was wrong with this.

Worrying if true and will be the nail in the coffin for alot of matchgoing Blues.

It would be suicidal if they did that. Sure, there would still be sell outs against United, Liverpool, and Arsenal but for the lesser games, it would end up with more empties than we have now. And with an extra 8000 seats to fill and a team that’s not looking as dominant as it was, that’s a huge ask for the club to think they can still sell most games out by removing the facility to transfer tickets.

Kevin Parker has just told me he knows nothing about this, and it certainly hasn't been discussed with City Matters. It's complete bollocks in other words (and those were his words) and you or your source (if they even exist) is completely wrong.

In fact, if you want to DM me, or email Kevin directly, saying who told you that, he'll sort it out. But I reckon you just made it up to get some attention.

I've heard that the OSC has asked for clarity on this matter.
Has KP confirmed this, because I smell a rat.
