A s**t away end full of tourists

Mate, living and working in Leicester as I do for my sins, their match-going fans are in awe of our away support. Whether it be in the ground, the pre-match arrangements our branch makes at Aylestone or the local businesses, they look forward to our visit like no other.
We went in the Tesco near the station for our return journey refreshments. The chilled drinks cabinet was totally blitzed. Asked the assistant what's happened here? She just shrugged and said Man City fans.

Having spoken to the Club they have acknowledged the tickets were taken from their own regular Club allocation for this match, noting that fans wearing shirts of any team other than Manchester City is not appropriate. The Club have assured me that this will not be repeated, which I am keen to see in practice.

That said, I recognise the wider concerns that fans have around ticketing transparency and safeguards, which I will continue to pick up.

Appreciate your effort Alex however I feel this needs addressing as a statement rather than through yourself. They will just look to brush the matter away.

Keep pressing mate. Appreciate the efforts, but they’ll try and sweep this.

Nice to see someone fighting the good fight mate.

Do we know if any of these "fans" were related to any club big wigs?
