I'm not sure mate.Didn't we have that with "points of blue"...any fan could turn up to meetings in the boardroom. (I did once)
What year was points of blue set up and did we have the issues then as we do now?
Either way, the club need to be made aware of the negative affect that this pursuit of casual fan money is having on our fanbase and it's ability to create an organic atmosphere at games. Both home and away.
Long term supporters in general don't want different random tourists next to them every other week.
I might be speaking for myself but I love the fact that on Premier League games, it's pretty much the same regular faces that I see around me at every home game. All displaying a similar amount of passion for City.
My match day experience will be severely affected if that's diluted to make way for more casual support.
