A Theory On Why Vassell Keeps Playing

No i meant Jo, Sturridge,and Evans the next bit is aimed at Vass.

I am serious Vass is a very good player a pro for the young un's in the team he has the right attitude and works very hard and i think any player to play in a major international tourney more than once has to be a good player even at his age.

The whole team are having a nightmare at the moment not just one player and like i said before i believe we should get behind them while they either improve or the right sort of player can replace them.
 
I think we just have to accept Vas will play every single game until he retires (as long as Hughes remains in charge) regardless of who else signs. For whatever reason, he just loves the guy. Maybe Vas saved his cat from a house fire or something.
 
Ive said it before and I will say it again, Darius Vassell is the worst player in the Premier League at the moment and he is one of the worst players I have ever seen pull on a City shirt.

He works hard is nothing but a myth, running around like a headless chicken and giving away needless fouls does not constitute hard work, all it says to me he is missing a brain!

He is fast is yet another myth, when was the last time you saw this clown run away from a defender?

Also I see Ntini you have commented again that Vass is a confidence player, yet another myth, players like him can never have confidence in their ability because he aint good enough. He has a 1st touch like a baby elephant and his 2nd touch is always a tackle!

He is shit end of and how he keeps his place in the team is a fucking mystery!
 
cut vass a break he managed to sneak one in against those faroe islander part-timers in the uefa cup............................pmsl.
 
The one thing that has puzzled me about Hughes selections from day one is Vassell....I have been watching City for 35 years and this guy is up there with the worst ever...Yesterday he was put into space on the right, no pressure from any defender, players in the box waiting and he delivered possibly the worst cross in the history of the premiership...week in week out he is dissapointing....what really worries me is that he keeps on selecting him ??? I can only think Hughes is playing him to make a point to someone else in the sqaud that he is the boss.
I don't care if Vass trains well, works hard or is a positive role model...he does not cut it on the pitch and if the manager cannot see that then there is a big problem.

vassell is a decent player who is woefully short on confidence at the moment ,
obviously if we constantly slag him off throughout then im sure he will come good
after all it worked for steven ireland
 
People try to explain to me its his off the ball play which makes him good player..............He's a F***ing striker who can't score goals..............Like a Goalkeeper who's great but can't catch a F***ing ball

The goal in the derby last season. First attempt was going that far wide old pickaxe head felt embarrased for him and gave him another chance
 
Vassel is the bigest pile of horse wank i have ever seen. Gerard Wiekens would be better up front he has about the same goal to game ratio ..... Vassel has a total of 67 goals in 11 years WTF do us all a fav and put on a red shirt.........

in that video he also dummies about 50 shots before passing it sideways. i think he knows if he shoots he'll miss the target so theres no point.
 
He's a hard working average prem player the TYPE that Hughes loves to work with end of.
