If the insulation saves more than the heating then it should be done. If it doesn’t, perhaps because of the nature of a particular building that makes insulation uneconomic to install, then don’t do it. I’m not against insulation!Protestors usually have unrealistic or lofty demands it doesn't make their disruptive actions less of a protest.
We already have massive waste from poorly insulated homes. Is it wise to waste limited resources on inefficient use of energy by doing nothing or take action to solve it?
