Not sure how to post it but that 8 and this one latest one makes 9 and that is only going back to 1976

and that is without looking for the cases of physco pilots and drunks
I reckon there must have been between half a billion and a billion commercial flights in the world over the last 40 years and if there have been 8 or 9 incidents like this in that period, that's still only 1 in every 50 to 100 million flights.

Very reassuring stats for all the families and the victims on them flights

I never claimed this was a definitive list BTW
Oh ffs. I knew you were going to say that in reply, i just knew it. Was still willing you didnt though. Not a rational point of view or way of looking at it.

Re: A320 Airbus Crashes In The Alps. BBC

Sometimes i do wish there were a heaven and hell. This fucker i would follow down and strangle him for the rest of all time and my rage at him would not flicker. There is nowhere to vent the outrage and some people just can't hack it and i can understand why.
I have to go back to knowing how evolution works to get any sense of reasoning, not that it really hits the spot.

Such a gut wrenching shame, some of those people if not all would fight as hard as i would to live another day. Trust me i ain't half done with life and would kill to maintain it if i had to.
They never had a fucking chance and i feel absolutely terrible for them i really do. I often wonder what they thought, what they would like to say to their loved ones when they know their chips are getting cashed in. I just can't/don't want to imagine their terror, poor bastards.

I also feel for the conspiracy theory nutjobs who were no doubt throthing about it. Im glad that a bit of solid, factual, early and clear disclosure from the authorities set out clearly what happened. The mad incomprehensible acts of one deranged individual do cause terrible and wide ranging consequences. It doesnt have to be a wider hidden conspiracy to balance out the horror of what one man can do.

Basically the co-pilot locked the pilot out oof the cockpit and crashed the plane on purpose

It seems quite compelling that for some reason this pilot was allowed to fly again after suffering serious mental and stress related issues and I am just saying that a shortage of personnel needs to be seen as perhaps a contributory factor.
Are/were you his doctor ?
