Hes young enough to have that coached out of him. Sliding should be a last resort. Pace and physicality with ball playing ability, he’ll learn there’s no need to slideMost of those slide tackles in the video are actually pretty controlled.
One or two were risky.
Obviously the shittest mistimed ones won't actually be in the video.
So to conclude, maybe he's quite good, or he might not be.
Whilst I agree we should be testing out our youth players more, I do think that we need a rapid defender to negate the counter attacks were conceding from in each game.He still is. I wouldn’t say he’s a quick player either. If we’re signing centre backs there coming into to play in the middle in my view.
It just seems logical to give your own a chance, who I think have more potential. Rather then spending millions on other young players with potential
He’d be a much welcomed addition due to his pace alone
Tearing it up at Bristol RoversWhats Scot Sinclair up to these days?
He has scored a couple of goals so the hype is heightened. Still very unproven to me. Obviously potential but no more right now.Anyone seen much of the young centre half at Bournemouth who has been getting lots of praise?
How does this lad compare?
I’m all for it. Akanji at RB or into midfield if we don’t sign anyone. He is better than what we currently have. He walks into our 11 based on his performances this season as compared to our lads. He takes RCB spot with Ruben next to him, and Manu Akanji moves to RB. Nathan ( or Josko) at LB. He has the best U20 stats in the world for a defender, and one of the best of any defenders out there.
any of our defenders would be on the halfway lineLet's not forget Mangala was also very fast, besides any half decent attacker would have already done the damage like three seconds before he arrived
