I'm pretty sure similar stuff has happened whereby underage girls get into clubs which are over 18's and I think as long as there's 'just cause' to believe the girl is of legal age then the courts are very lenient.

Benzema, Ribery got away with that in France she said she was 18. Courts believed them and charges were dropped.

I'm with you entirely on this and agree completely. I was concerned as to where the poster was going with it by asking the question, it seemed to me he raised an odd point.

He groomed an under age girl for sexual contact. If he ain't a peedo why is he acting like one? Is there a threshold before he becomes a peedo? He has had sexual contact with a kid. Simple. He is no better than a paedophile and just as bad.

Well a paedo is someone who is attracted to pre-pubescent children. So it's something of a grey area, but it's safe to say being attracted to a 15 year old doesn't usually make you a paedophile. Which doesn't mean you're not a predatory child abuser.
