Stopped reading at can't head. Your blind loyalty to Mancini is clouting you judgement and knowledge of football. I don't particularly rate mancini but I'm not prepared to just overrule everything he does, he has done alot of good things.
But to suggest ade firstly cannot head the ball is a stupidly inaccurate statement probably down to your blind faith in Mancini

mistimed jump, spacial awareness, player awareness, what type of 'header' he wants to gain, mistimed cross/ball, player fitness etc.

I have seen on many occasions that he can head the ball, a fair share of his goals have come from headers. so saying he cannot head is just stupid. plain stupid.

unbelievable head on him. samaras on the other hand....

He's about a 8.5/10 for attacking crosses, and a 5/10 for winning aerial duels. that's 5/10 for any centre forward, but probably a 2/10 for a huge powerful lad like him. Compare at the way Andy Carroll positions his body and gets his head their first, every time (similar to Carew back in his heyday). He could also show Ade a thing or two about directing the headed pass.

Or... compare Davies and Heskey who use their momentum and knock the centre half about... Ade could barge his way through most aerial challenges, but seemingly just doesn't want to do it. It's a real shame but he's only interested in playing it his way and running with the ball. It's just too hit and miss. He'll still score the goals but the rest of the team are left to pick up the pieces when the ball comes straight back time after time. If he showed any willingness to learn and improve, you'd keep him and work on it, but he doesn't.

Not sure where the poor first touch comes from though, his first touch when not aimed at his head, is very good for me.

I personally think he lost a lot after the ACN shooting, his desire just isn't there 1/2 the time, and I don't think anyone can blame him for that, nobody knows what he really went through, or still goes through.

yeah he is rubbish at heading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont care if he doesnt get his head to long useless punts up the field...ew shouldnt be playing that way (and we dont usually)....

at attacking headers he is however a decent assett

he has pace

his control is pretty good (as good as Jo's RSc etc)

his goal to games ratio is decent as well (better than most infact)

it is cleat that some people have just fallen for the media shit that comes out of the redtops and some are just supporting RM blindly as he cannt do anything wrong ever!

It looks like he will go as he has no choice....i dont blame him and wish him the best of luck...we will just have to go out and spend another truck load of money as there is no way we can rely on Jo or RSc as back up
