Can be a quality player and I had high hopes so I'm a bit dissapointed it hasn't worked out for him, might have been different if we didn't have Tevez and he had nailed the spot as the main man. The main problem is he likes to roam and when you have Tevez in the side you need someone to stay up around the opposition box, I imagine Mancini has been told a high earner has to go if he wants Dzeko or Torres, in the circumstances Ade is the obvious and logical choice. As for the heading, he clearly can which makes it all the more infuriating that he chooses not to with his back to goal, I appreciate he doesn't want long balls punted up to him all the time but for the good of the team you've got to try and win them AT LEAST SOME of the time, Ade positions himself and waits for the defender to miss EVERY TIME.

i dont care if he doesnt get his head to long useless punts up the field...ew shouldnt be playing that way (and we dont usually)....
at attacking headers he is however a decent assett
he has pace
his control is pretty good (as good as Jo's RSc etc)
his goal to games ratio is decent as well (better than most infact)
it is cleat that some people have just fallen for the media shit that comes out of the redtops and some are just supporting RM blindly as he cannt do anything wrong ever!
It looks like he will go as he has no choice....i dont blame him and wish him the best of luck...we will just have to go out and spend another truck load of money as there is no way we can rely on Jo or RSc as back up

He's not good enough and that's plain for all to see. He can't control, he can't win headers that he has to work for, and when we took him off against Blackpool we scored three. If we get rid of Adebayor and Roque Santa Cruz, then that's £200,000-a-week worth of wages that we can get rid of to sign Dzeko (a player better than Adebayor and Santa Cruz put together) for a much smaller wage bill.
Getting rid of Adebayor is something I didn't expect us to do when he came, but he's not good enough for where we want to go.

Ade is not right for City. He's not.
Ade needs to be somewhere where he will be the primary striker game in, game out.
And quite frankly, we can buy someone better AND who will accept City's rotation policy.
