There's a lot of people on this forum that understands football better than me, but I know his game inside out, goes for long ball he either chests it down to a back player or he jumps an hour before the ball gets to him, he's a waste of space, waste, if he gets beat in the box he goes down hoping for a penalty he's a waste of money and lazy.

I certainly agree that Adebayor was poor tonight and ppl are correct saying he always jumps early trying to win headers. But lets not forget he is not of the ilk of Heskey or Crouch who are out and out target men.
Adebayor is a player who would prefer the ball at his feet rsther than punted up to him (especially when Dunne or King is marking him).
I am hopeful one day B Manc will realise this and change his tactics to suit the players within the team.............................

If he is staying he should be used just how Crouch has been for Spurs - sat on the bench much of the season and brought on when another dimension is needed. I'm not sure if we can get Torres or Villa now but we could use a world class frontman up with Tevez if this is the Adebayor we're going to get for 3/4 of the season. Wouldn't mind 5-10 mil + Huntelaar for Adebayor then signing a class front man with Huntelaar as our #3. RSC can go too, let Nimely, Ball, Caicedo, or Bojinov be our #4 forward.
