Worthing, it's near brighton
I am not blaming manchini or the ref tonight, but Adebayor. He rarely won a ball in the air and was the most frustrating player on the pitch for me, it bought back memories of Corradi. I feel sorry for Manchini becuase he let him down in a very big game and the fans, what did you guys think of him tonight?

Terrible tonight. Can't win anything in the air especially as he consistently jumps too early. Poor first touch. As often as not when Bellamy or Johnson had the ball he was out on the wing with them. I still maintain he and Tevez can't play together - Tevez was coming back to the halfway line on occasion to collect the ball. But most unforgiveably of all, no heart. Great players perform in big games....

Twenty five million pounds.
One of the highest earners in the entire Premier League.

Yeah.

I'll let that sink in.

I always thought he struggled to understand the offside law, after tonight I wonder if he knows it exists.
Also what is it with his massive jumps with no head on the ball ?
Sorry big disapointment in many ways,

I agree with you eddie, he is a very lazy player, and i would be glad to see the back of him and to get someone who is a bit more of a trier.

He is not a target man in my opinion. He suits Arsenal's style perfectly. I think Gleghorn said it on the radio. Give him the ball into feet and let him have a go at defenders or lay it off for someone else. In the air he's not the best, especially from long balls.

He has a brilliant finish, great feet and lots of strength. I don't think we can judge the fact he's a poor player simply because he can't win the ball from a goal kick. He's scored 15 goals in a season which, in the middle, he had a very traumatic experience. It's short little passes he's good with. No need to sell him just play to his strengths.

Thought he was brilliant tonight, held the ball up exceptionally well, rarely lost possession , linked up play and managed to bring players into attack.

Brilliant signing and I expect him to do even better next year minus injuries, suspensions, African Cup Nations and gun shootouts.

adebayor is one sh*thouse when the chips are down, in my opinion he is the most overrated player in the league.

last seen when 4-0 up at Burnley.
and you can quote me on that
dont post that often , but i`d batter the big lazy twat .

He's so frustrating I want to kick my head in sometimes, and when city is THIS frustrating, I just can't handle such a player. I don't care how good he can be, and how much he scores, he gives me more headache than he's worth. I hope he is sold. Just not the type of player I want in City, ever.
